Abortion in any form is murder: It is anti-Christ

That Imo people have been betrayed by their own government following the signing into law of the bill which for all intent and purposes legalizes Abortion is no longer news.  Today, Imolites keep wondering what better reason is on the table of the present administration justifying its signing of the bill into law which previous administrations hadn’t the privileged of accessing.

For once, one wonders whether both the sponsors of the bill on the floor of Imo State House of Assembly, the members of Imo State House of Assembly and the Governor (the apostle of rescue mission who cannot rescue helpless babies in the womb) are truly, Igbos, Africans or Christians.

As an Igbo man, I am familiar with the following names, Chinenyenwa, Nwadiuto, Onyinyechi, Ahamefule, which are names the Igbo man gives to his child to recognize that a child is gift from God, having a child is a sweet experience and it is only by a child you can perpetuate your lineage.  Thus one wonders how a House of Assembly constituted by Igbos (some of whom may bear the above names or names with corresponding meaning to them) will sit in the hallowed chambers to pass a law which seek to terminate life.

Though I am aware that pro-abortion campaigners have invaded the states in Nigeria seeking the passage of pro-abortion laws, I never believed my own state of Imo will be the 1st to sign such bill into law.

As a Christian, the Bible, in Ex 20:13 and Deut 5:17 says: “Thou shalt not kill and that murderers cannot enter the kingdom of God (Rev 22:15).  In Mtt 7:12 the Bible slays do unto others as you would want them do unto you.  Does the present Executive Government in Imo State and the Legislature actually go to church?  Do they believe God?  Did they ever ask themselves what if their mothers were given the legal right to abort them?  Do they realize that abortion is deliberate destruction of the baby in the womb?  It is murder.  Those who worship God and support abortion are murderers.

An Igbo adage says: “Onye ma afo ga-abu eze echi”?, meaning who knows the pregnancy that will produce the future king?  Also in Isaiah 49:1, Isaiah speaking of himself said “The Lord called me from the womb; from the body of my mother he named me.  In Jeremiah 1:5, God said to Jeremiah, “Before I formed you in the womb, I know you.  And before you were born I consecrated you.  I have appointed you a prophet to the nations”.  Thus let it be known to the present government in Imo State and all proponents of abortion that God knows about all pregnancies and that for each abortion anchored on the inhuman laws they pass, they set back the mission of God on earth as the unborn babies destroyed through those processes are ordained apostles of God’s earthly mission.

Being an African and Igbo, I am proud of my heritage.  As a Christian I glorify God and the mysteries he established on earth including unity of the spouse with the man as the head.  A law which seeks to give a woman unlimited power to destroy the baby in the womb at the flimsiest excuse without the consent of the husband could not have been inspired by good reasoning.  It is from hell.  It is devilish.  Let all rise and condemn it.  It is unacceptable in any form.  It is unworkable.  It is anti-Christ.
