Christianity under siege – While Europe keeps Silent

There are serious concerns that the attacks on Christians and their faith in many parts of the world are increasing significantly and getting worse.  But a second worry is that the global media appears to be taking it easy and not reporting enough about it as they should. More seriously, governments and international organizations are doing almost nothing. What is usually heard is a condemnation of the attacks and that is it. Sadly, Europe the cradle of Christianity has remained silent in the face of these attacks for the sake of “political correctness”. Vatican has increasingly voiced frustration that…

Political Prostitution: A Mockery of Democracy

Jumping off and abandoning one’s political party when in defeat and joining the winning team is political prostitution and while prostitutes may have power, they are definitely without respect. Jumping from one party to another is politically naïve and selfish. In advanced democracies, crossing carpet is not the norm. It is rare in the UK and even rarer in the US. The last time it happened in the United Kingdom was in the 1970s when some members of the British Labour Party left to form, the Social Democratic Party, alongside members of the old Liberal Party. Seasoned politicians hardly…
