Imo State Traffic Agency replies critics – Says, we have come to stay

The Imo State Traffic Law Enforcement Agency has come to stay, and as well would continue to ensure that traffic laws are obeyed in the state and defaulters pay the prescribed fines.   This was made known by the Chairman of the Agency, Hon. How ISIS ‘crucified Catholic priest on Good Friday’

How 6 Ekiti doctors died, survivor recounts

A survivor from Sunday’s accident in which six medical doctors, and a driver from Ekiti State were killed 60 kilometres from Kaduna State, yesterday told Vanguard exclusively on his sick bed in Kaduna how the accident occurred. He said the doctors would not have died had basic medical care been administered on them after the accident. 3 lawmakers suspended indefinitely in Imo State

  Three members of the Imo state House of Assembly have been suspended for allegedly participating in “clandestine and selfish meetings.” The suspended members are Ngozi Obiefule (Isu, APC), Obinna Egu (Ngor-Okpala, PDP), and Lawman Duruji (Ehime Mbano, APC). Army intercepts 92 armed herdsmen at check-points

The Guards Brigade of the Nigerian Army on 23rd April paraded 36 armed herdsmen who were intercepted by troops of the 117 Guards Battalion Keffi along the Abuja-Keffi road on Sunday.   Another group of 56 herdsmen were arrested at the Dantata check point between Kuje and the Abuja airport.   The 36 herdsmen were arrested by troops at the Keffi check point at about 4:30 pm Sunday in a Diana Truck and a Toyota Camry Salon car, the spokesman of the brigade, Captain Bashir Jajira, told newsmen yesterday.   He said during interrogation by troops at the check point,…
