How principals, school owners extort parents, WASCE candidates

  Many parents and candidates for the 2015 School Certificate examinations are paying exorbitant fees. There are indications that the May/June edition of the West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE) and the forthcoming June/July Senior School Certificate Examination (SSCE) have become a goldmine to principals and school owners in various states.
