  Parishioners of Holy Family Catholic Church Umunwoha in Owerri West LGA, Imo State on Sunday 31st December, 2017 trooped out in their numbers to celebrate last year’s feast of their parish.   A record-setting mass wedding ceremony took place at Umunwoha Holy Family Catholic Church Irete Owerri-West LGA on Saturday 31st October, 2015 as 25 couples exchanged vows in front of a large congregation of  faithful. Today we celebrate the Holy Family of Jesus, Mary and Joseph. The feast is a continuation of Christmas, given that Christ came to us through the family – the basic unit of human society, the domestic church.
