  The Most Rev. Anthony Obinna, Catholic Archbishop of Owerri and Parish Priest Maria Assumpta Cathedral Owerri on Sunday, Feb. 24, inaugurated the Parish Pastoral Council. Speaking during the inauguration, Archbishop Obinna said because of the four-year tenure regime the new Parish Council will be the last he will appoint before his retirement.
