Orlu Diocese: Bishop Ukwuoma creates 7 new parishes

The Catholic Bishop of Orlu, Most Rev Augustine Ukwuoma recently created seven new parishes in the diocese. The Bishop made the announcement at the 2017 Chrism Mass.
