Owerri Archdiocesan CMO ends her 2016 annual retreat

A two day 2016 annual retreat organized by the Owerri Archdiocesan Council of Catholic Men Organization (OACCMO), came to an end at the Knights of St. John’s International Secretariat Owerri, on Saturday September 10, 2016. The retreat which drew various CMO Presidents and Secretaries from Catholic Parishes in Owerri Archdiocese kicked off with confession, offering the participants the opportunity of purifying their hearts to embrace the retreat. OACCMO Ends Retreat/Seminar on Evangelization and Healthy Living

  The Owerri Archdiocesan Council of Catholic Men Organization {OACCMO} ended a three day seminar/retreat from Friday 17 to Sunday 19 July 2015. The venue was the Pastoral Centre Owerri. The seminar was well attended by CMO Presidents and Secretaries of various parishes in the Archdiocese. The programme started with Mass celebrated by OACCMO Chaplain Rev. Fr. S.O. Owerri Girls Sec. Schl: Excess freedom destroys – Chaplain warns graduating students

  A total of 180 final year students (SS3) recently (Saturday July 11, 2015) graduated from the Girls Secondary School Owerri, with a warning to shun excess freedom and idleness, which destroy, but instead engage themselves in worthwhile ventures in order to excel in the future. Assumpta CMO set for Father’s Day, May 3

The Catholic Men Organization (CMO) of Maria Assumpta Cathedral Parish Owerri is set for this year’s Father’s Day which holds on Sunday May 4.   This year’s Lenten Retreat of Owerri Archdiocesan Council of Catholic Men Organization, OACCMO, ended on Friday, April 4, 2014 at Pastoral Centre, Owerri. The new executive was inaugurated recently by the Catholic Archbishop of Owerri, Most Rev. Anthony J.V. Obinna.
