Anambra election: Obiano receives Certificate of Return

  The Anambra State governor, Chief Willie Obiano on Wednesday received a certificate of return from the Independent National Electoral Commission for his victory in the November 18 election in the state. The event  took place at the INEC Secretariat in Awka, the state capital Obiano of APGA won the election with 234, 071 votes. Tony Nwoye of the All Progressives Congress came second with 98, 752 votes. The certificate was handed over to him by the INEC National Commissioner in charge of legal services, Mrs May Agbamuche, who represented the National Chairman of the Commission, Prof Mahmood Yakubu ….
