St. Augustine’s Deanery Ezinihitte inaugurates Two Hearts of Love: Jesus and Mary

The association of Sacred Heart of Jesus and Immaculate Heart of Mary has become solidly founded in St. Augustine’s Deanery Ezinihitte through its inauguration ceremony at the deanery centre, St. Patrick’s Catholic Parish Itu Ezinihitte, Saturday, June 8, 2013.  The exercise attracted members and invitees from 21 parishes in the deanery who appeared in their full uniform. Pope Emeritus, Benedict XVI, last year announced the period October 11, 2012 to November 24, 2013 as “The Year of Faith” to be observed by Catholics throughout the world. The Knights and Ladies of St. Mulumba, St. Peter’s Sub-Council based at the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, took this year’s battle in defence of the unborn child outside Nsukka urban on Sunday, April 21, 2013.
