Umunnawuike donates to DCPB Ngugo Orphanage

Umunnawuike Association of Owerri, Inc. DMV, USA has donated to Blessed Thomas Maria Fusco Hope House, Ngugo, Ikeduru, Imo State, an Orphanage Home run by the Daughters of Charity of the Most Precious Blood.

The Association donated baby wears, food items and cash worth thousands of Naira to the Home.

Fr John Ndidi Nwaocha, SAC, who made the presentation, on February 24, 2019, on behalf of the President of the Association, Prince Leo Njemanze and the entire members of Umunnawuike Association of Owerri, Inc. DMV, praised the Rev. Sisters and Staff of the Orphanage Home for their dedication and service to God and humanity.

He also commended the efforts of the past president of Umunnawuike Association, Sir Victor Nwosu and the current president Prince Leo Njemanze for ensuring that the association, through its charitable projects,  touches the lives of many poor and needy people both in Nigeria and in DMV Metro, USA.

Receiving the donations; the Rev. Sister in-charge of the Home, Sr. Scholastica Okoroafor, DCPB, expressed her sincere gratitude to the Association for the generous donation to the Home. She prayed God to bless all the members of the association.
