Miss ISOPADEC celebrates with mothers – Doles out wrappers to indigent mothers

Miss ISOPADEC, Queen Chukwulebe Chidinma in fulfillment of her burning desire to use her God-given resources to touch on lives positively marked the just concluded annual Mother’s Sunday in a special way. The pretty queen, who celebrated in her parish, St. Paul’s Nekede, was given a rousing welcome by the women of the parish.

In her speech, the celebrity thanked God who gave her golden opportunity to serve humanity in the capacity of a queen. She disclosed that women of the parish were instrumental to her recognition as a queen through their prayers and support and promised never to extinguish the light of hope ignited in her. She poured encomiums on women in general especially women of St. Paul’s Parish for being exemplary Christian mothers and wives and went ahead to admonish them to remain steadfast in the service of God and humanity. Givers, they say, never lack and the queen strongly believed in that.

In her usual magnanimity, the queen doled out quality wrappers to a selected group of indigent women from the seven stations of the parish with each station having two slots. She thanked the women for their support so far and enjoined them to continue to pray for her just as she promised that there are better days ahead.

The women and their Parish Priest, Rev. Fr. Paschal Nnadozie expressed deep appreciation for the queen for her generosity just as they wished her to reign long and pledged continued support to her reign.

The queen was accompanied to the church by her project manager, Umah Lawrence. It is on record that since her ascension to the throne, the amiable queen has engaged in several acts of charity including visit to motherless babies’ homes, orphanages, hospitals, workshops etc.
